1. Order Accuracy

If there is an issue with your order, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect items were provided

  • Items were missing from the order

  • The order could not be fulfilled

  • Payment was charged but the order was not completed

Refund requests must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the order.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after the order has been prepared

  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer

  • The order was successfully delivered or picked up as requested

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control

Food that has already been prepared or delivered may not be eligible for refund.

 

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if preparation has not yet begun.

Once an order is being prepared or completed, it may no longer be canceled.

 

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
